Founder and President

Chelsea DuKate is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience in a variety of HR specialties including recruitment & selection, university partnership & student programs, talent & organizational development, career coaching for employees & leaders, employee engagement, and overall HR Business Partnering. She has worked within several different industries including manufacturing, services industries, higher education, healthcare, biotechnology, and aerospace. 

Chelsea earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Indianapolis, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Taylor University. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). 

In addition to running her own business, Red Envelope Consulting, Chelsea serves as a coach for the School of Executive Presence and has also worked with Butler University's College of Business as an Executive Career Mentor and volunteers with her congregation; Traders Point Christian Church and non-profit organizations Girls on the Run and Dress for Success. She is also a member of the Indy Chamber and local chapter of Conscious Capitalism.

Eileen Sullivan-Cummins is an Independent Talent Acquisition Consultant with expertise in placing technical resources in the Engineering, IT, and Biomed fields.  As an experienced recruiter, Eileen brings knowledge and insight to her clients by developing innovative and effective recruiting strategies and takes pride in finding just the right person for the job.

Prior to recruiting independently, Eileen served as a Corporate Recruiter for a global outsourcing firm and a global biomedical company. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a Business Minor from Indiana University. 

Outside of work, Eileen enjoys traveling, cooking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Kaleena is a communications and marketing professional with several years of experience. Prior to joining the Red Envelope team, Kaleena worked as a Global Outreach Coordinator for Traders Point Christian Church and served in the Office of the Secretary at The Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.

Kaleena received her degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision/ Communications from Purdue University. She is married to her best friend Sean and has 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, photography, and event planning.

Anne Eaton is passionate about Human Resources and is especially enthusiastic when she has the opportunity to link her practical knowledge with effective business partnerships.  She has successfully applied this philosophy in a variety of industries ranging from hospitality to electric utilities to aerospace. 

After 25 years in the corporate world, Anne is bringing her combination of serious human resources expertise and informal style to clients throughout the Midwest region.  She has a proven record in creating and implementing high-quality, cost-efficient HR initiatives that are responsive to organizational needs and the achievement of business objectives.  Anne has established effective HR functions for start-up companies, joint ventures, and has shepherded employers and employees through mergers & acquisitions.   

Anne is a graduate of Smith College and has lived in eight states.  She was among the first 1,000 HR professionals to earn the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, held now by 54,000 practitioners.
